Refund policy
Eligible Items We accept returns on clothing/apparel items only for a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds> All other items — including jewelry, accessories, candles, home décor, art, and gifts — are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Window Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- In original condition with all tags still attached
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Jewelry & accessories
- Candles & home décor
- Art & handmade items
- Gifts & wellness products
- Vintage & upcycled items
- Any item that has been worn, damaged, or has had tags removed
- any item that is a clearance or sale item
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at joanne@cottonnfrost.com within 7 days of purchase. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
